First SFF build — is the NR200P actually worth the cable-management pain?

About to do my first small-form-factor build (7800X3D + 4070 SUPER) and I keep reading horror stories about cramming everything into the NR200P. I've only ever built in mid-towers where there's room to breathe.

For anyone who's done it: how bad is it really for a first-timer? Any must-do prep — modular SFX cables, building outside the case first, mounting order — that saved your sanity? Or should I just accept the L and go with a slightly bigger case like the Ridge or a Define Mini?

Update after doing it: it's very doable as a first SFF build if you (1) buy custom-length SFX cables or at least sleeve extensions, (2) install the PSU cables before the motherboard, and (3) test-boot everything on the bench first. The NR200P is genuinely one of the friendlier small cases. Took me an evening, not a weekend.
