Saw this combo at my local Micro Center and I still think it is one of the easiest ways to start a high-value AM5 gaming build without lighting money on fire.

For $599.99 you are basically getting the part of the build that matters most nailed down in one shot: still-excellent gaming CPU, a solid B650E board, and a 32GB DDR5-6000 kit so you stop thinking about RAM for a while. If I were building a 1440p machine today, this would be way harder for me to ignore than buying the same three parts a la carte just to chase the newest thing because it is newer.

Anyone else seeing the same bundle in their region, or did I just get lucky with local stock?

Even when the exact board changes, those bundles are usually the best argument for AM5 value. Platform cost matters way more than people admit when they are doing "just spend a little more" math.
