RTX 5070 undervolt thread - what are you stable at?

Finally got some time to stop benchmarking and actually tune my 5070. Stock performance is great, but my card was running warmer and louder than I wanted for long sessions.
Right now I am stable at 2730 MHz at 0.965V with +1000 on the memory. In practice that put me basically neck and neck with stock FPS, but hotspot dropped from the high 70s into the upper 60s and the fan noise is way less annoying.
Curious what everyone else is getting on their cards. Post your model, voltage, core clock, memory offset, hotspot temp, and whether you tested with Time Spy, OCCT, or actual games. I would rather daily-drive a quiet card than chase the last 2 percent.
