PBO + Curve Optimizer on the 7800X3D — what negative offset are you stable at?

The 7800X3D doesn't overclock the traditional way (locked multiplier on the cache die), but undervolting via Curve Optimizer gets you lower temps and often slightly better sustained clocks — which matters a ton in an ITX case.
I'm running an all-core -25 CO offset and it's been rock solid through Cinebench loops and a week of gaming, with a ~5-6°C drop. Some people push to -30 but I've seen reports of WHEA errors and random reboots past -25 that only show up hours later.
What offsets are you all running stable, and how are you validating — Core Cycler overnight, or just 'it didn't crash while gaming'? Curious about the per-core vs all-core approaches too.
