I'll start: streaming rig in a 4000D, dual 1440p 165Hz + a vertical panel for chat, a cheap microphone arm that punches way above its price, and a recently-added second NVMe that finally ended my 'which drive has the game installed' suffering. What's yours?

Single 1440p 240Hz OLED, 7800X3D build in a Lancool 216, and a split keyboard I swore I'd never use and now can't live without. Best upgrade this year was honestly a monitor arm — reclaimed half my desk.

Proudly budget: hand-me-down 1080p 144Hz, RX 7600 build, and a $30 mic that sounds shockingly fine after some EQ. Most-happy upgrade was a 1TB SSD on sale that replaced a wheezing hard drive. You don't need to spend a fortune to love your setup.
