DDR5-6400 on AM5: daily-driver settings or benchmark bait?

I keep ending up back at the same question: is DDR5-6400 on AM5 actually worth the hassle in a real machine, or is 6000 CL30 still the grown-up answer?
My 9800X3D build is perfectly happy at 6000, boots fast, trains memory normally, and never throws a fit. I can get 6400 to boot, but then I start getting the fun extras: longer memory training, occasional weirdness after sleep, and the kind of Event Viewer warnings that make you trust the system a lot less.
If anyone here is running 6200 or 6400 as a true daily driver, I want the boring details: board, BIOS version, timings, voltages, boot behavior, and whether you have seen any WHEA nonsense. I am trying to figure out whether the small latency win is real enough to matter outside of benchmark charts.
