PBO + Curve Optimizer on the 7800X3D — what negative offset are you stable at?

Tuning my 7800X3D for lower temps and a touch more sustained clock. Running an all-core Curve Optimizer negative offset and slowly pushing it. Currently stable at -25 through a couple hours of gaming + a Cinebench loop, temps down about 8C from stock.

For those who've dialed theirs in: where did your chip land, and how did you validate stability (Core Cycler vs OCCT vs just gaming)? Curious how much silicon lottery variance there is on these. Post your offset + cooler + validation method.

Mine settled at -30 all-core but only after Core Cycler caught a single failing core at -32 that gaming never surfaced — per-core CO is worth the extra time if you want it bulletproof. Gaming-only validation will pass an offset that crashes you weeks later in a light-load moment. Run Core Cycler overnight before you trust it.
