Finishing a 1440p build and the monitor is the last piece. Budget is $350 max, and I want at least 144Hz (165/180 ideal), good factory color since I do some photo editing, and ideally a fast IPS rather than a slow VA.

There are a hundred options in this price range and the reviews all contradict each other. What are people actually running and happy with under $350 in 2026? Bonus points if it has decent HDR and doesn't need a calibration tool to look right out of the box.
