Specs:

- 13700K

- RTX 4070 Ti

- Corsair RM750x

- 32GB DDR5

Started getting random reboots during gaming about a week ago. No BSOD, just instant black screen and restart. Happens most often in GPU-intensive games.

Things I've tried:

- Memtest86 - passed 4 runs

- DDU + fresh GPU drivers

- Checked all power connections

- Monitored temps - CPU max 82C, GPU max 76C

I'm thinking it might be a PSU issue since 750W is tight with a 13700K + 4070 Ti combo. Transient spikes could be tripping OCP. Thoughts?

Almost certainly the PSU. The 13700K + 4070 Ti can spike well above 600W in transient loads. The RM750x has decent OCP headroom but GPU transient spikes are brutal. I'd upgrade to an 850W+ unit. You can confirm by running a GPU stress test (Furmark) - if it reboots during that, it's definitely powe

Had the exact same issue with similar specs. Swapped to an RM850x and haven't had a single reboot since. The transient power spikes on these Nvidia cards are real.
