Perixx PERIBOARD-512B

This is a TKL keyboard running Membrane switches. A wired connection and single-color backlighting round out the spec sheet. TKL frees mouse space without sacrificing the function row. Switch feel is personal; try the switch type before committing if you can.

At $49.99 it sits in the budget keyboard bracket. Use the PlanMyPC system builder to verify it works alongside your other components and to keep a running tally of the cost. Support and warranty service run through Perixx, with terms that vary by region. Scroll down for the complete spec table; the builder's compatibility checker will warn you about any conflicts with components you have already picked.
