About This Build
My daily driver for iRacing and ACC across three 1440p panels. Sim racing is brutally GPU-bound once you're pushing ~7860x1440, so the 4080 Super earns its keep — locked 120fps with everything maxed and the grid full.
The 14700K is a fantastic value high-core chip: the extra E-cores chew through the physics + telemetry overlays + Discord + a stream all at once without a hitch. I'm on a 360mm AIO because Raptor Lake gets toasty under sustained load and I want zero thermal throttling mid-stint.
If you only run a single monitor this is overkill — but for triples or 4K it's the build I trust.
