About This Build
No compromises. This build is the result of 6 months of planning and deal-hunting. The 4090 paired with the 14900K handles everything I throw at it - 4K 144Hz in most titles with ray tracing cranked.
Cable management was a nightmare with the 4090's power cable, but the Lancool III has enough room to make it work. Temps are excellent - CPU peaks at 72C under full load with the Arctic 360mm, GPU stays under 68C.
The 64GB of RAM might be overkill for pure gaming, but I also do some video editing and it's nice to have headroom. The two 2TB NVMe drives give me plenty of fast storage for games and projects.
If I could change one thing, I'd probably go with a different case. The Lancool III is great but it's massive. Took up way more desk space than I expected.
